Appointment Terms and Conditions

For all appointment types:

Price of the Services

The price at the time of enquiry is firm for one month after the date of the quote.

 Basis of Sale

1. The Seller will sell, and the Buyer will purchase the services in accordance with the Seller’s current price list and/or any written quotation of the Seller, of which these conditions form part. All contracts are subject to these conditions to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions.
2. Variations of these conditions are not binding unless agreed in writing between the authorised representatives of the Buyer and the Seller.
3. An order submitted by the Buyer or acceptance of a quotation for services will be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase services on these conditions. A contract is formed when the order is accepted by the Seller.
4. Orders once accepted by the Seller may only be cancelled with the Seller’s written agreement.

Payment

Terms of Payment and Delivery

1. Payment is made by the buyer before delivery of all services. All payments must be made via Paypal or Credit Card / Debit Card (Stripe) at the time of booking
2. Hours must be used within 90 days of purchase unless expressed in writing by The Seller.
3. If the buyer is not satisfied with services received, they must email shehnaz@theibddietitian.co.uk with all relevant details.

Unforeseeable Circumstances

1. The Seller shall not be liable for any failure to comply with the contract caused by any circumstances whatever (whether or not involving the Seller’s negligence) which are beyond the Seller’s reasonable contemplation and control and which prevent or restrict the Seller from complying with the contract.
2. The Seller may, where reasonable in all the circumstances, (whether or not involving the Seller’s negligence), without liability suspend or terminate (in whole or in part) its obligations under the contract, if the Seller’s ability to deliver the services purchased is impaired. In this case a full refund of unused hours will be processed within 7 working days.

General

1. No waiver by the Seller of any breach of the contract by the Buyer shall be considered a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
2. If any provision of these conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of these conditions and the remainder of the provisions in question shall remain unaffected.
3. The Seller may assign, delegate, license, hold on trust or sub-contract all or any part of its rights or obligations under the contract.
4. The contract is personal to the Buyer who may not assign, delegate, license, hold on trust or sub-contract all or any of its rights or obligations under the contract without the Seller’s prior written consent.
5. The contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes, claims or proceedings which may arise out of or in connection with any of the services, the contract or these conditions.

Liability

Any changes you make following advice from a Healthcare Professional / Nutrition Professional under The IBD Dietitian brand, you do so at your own risk. Shehnaz Bashir assumes no responsibility, either directly nor indirectly for damage, health problems or inconvenience caused by the use or misuse of information provided by the Healthcare Professional / Nutrition Professional or website.

You are responsible for any consequences resulting from misstatements.

Consent

By booking your consultation you are consenting to receive advice.

At the time of booking you will have the option to join The IBD Dietitian’s weekly email newsletter.

If you no longer wish to hear from ‘The IBD Dietitian’, please contact shehnaz@theibddietitian.co.uk to unsubscribe from communications, confirming your name and address and stating that you wish to unsubscribe from ‘The IBD Dietitian’ communications.

There is also the option to unsubscribe directly at the bottom of all of our emails.

Data Protection

In order to ensure that both we and our clients are properly equipped to meet the demands of the latest EU personal data regulation (GDPR), we have integrated these demands into our general terms & conditions and Privacy Policy. We also have a data processor agreement that likewise meets the demands of the GDPR.

From time-to-time, positive outcomes from our sessions may be referenced anonymously in order to promote The IBD Dietitian brand. Clients will not be able to identify themselves or others from this information. 

Declaration

By booking a Consultation, it is implied that I agree to these terms and conditions. and it also implies consent to the assessment and advice given by the Professional.
